Thursday 18th June 7.30pm – ‘Water Holds Memory’ Amy Douglas and Martin Daws, The Poetry Lab, Bishops Castle. Rivers are the life blood of the land. They carry trade, travel, gossip and news… but now they struggle to breath. These are the songs of the spirits of our rivers – the Goddesses and Monsters. This is an ode and lament for the rivers of Shropshire and Herefordshire, the rivers that run from Pumlumon to the wide ocean beyond. BLAST! Beautiful Lies and Startling Truths
As I love storytelling so much – guess what do I do for a hobby? Run a storytelling club! BLAST! is a friendly welcoming regular series of storytelling performances with homemade cake, tea and beer available (well I don’t make the beer, that comes from our local 3 Tuns brewery!)
